CAREVILLE: ABOUT US

CAREVILLE TEAM:

Hello and thank you once again for visiting our site!  We are the Fall 2007 Information Systems/Accounting 3330 theory & practice class at Schreiner University.  Dr. David Teneyuca is our professor and originally gave us this assignment: to create an information system that would reach out to the surrounding hill country community in supporting our U.S. troops fighting the “War on Terror.”  At first maintaining an A average was our objective, but has developed into a heartfelt mission to create this information system for you and our troops.

We have spent this semester building the information system from the ground up, many of us not having any experience in the accounting or information systems arena.
Please enjoy our site and if you have any comments on how we can improve it let us know.

GOAL STATEMENT

As part of the requirements for IS 3330, the class will develop an Information System accessible over the internet.  It is intended to serve the Hill Country community.  This system will show support and facilitate communication for the U.S. troops fighting the war on terror.  It is to be completed by November 13, 2007.
